one eye sharp as broken glass.
Not watching. Not waiting.
Just existing in pieces.

The blue curls near her brow aren’t hair—
they’re intentions.
The jaw is too strong,
but only because someone told her it shouldn’t be.

Each red streak is a thought she tried to swallow.
Each yellow flash,
a promise made while the lights flickered.

She has no name here.
Just lines that refused to obey.

Geometry offered discipline.
You offered escape.
The curve of her cheek is rebellion,
her shoulder, a hesitation.

This isn’t cubism.
It’s a slow unraveling.
One brushstroke softer than the last,
until the story collapses into gesture.

She is not finished.
Nor broken.
She’s in motion—
paused between breaths.
Fluid, vivid,
dangerous in the way memory can be
when it returns
wearing someone else’s face.
